The organizers reserve the right to change the programmes and rates of excursions without prior notice providing it is in the client’s best interest.
Tours are subject to price change if less than minimum number of participants have booked.
Cancellation policy:
- In the event of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the excursion taking place a full refund is available.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 24 but more than 12 hours before the experience takes place, the organisers reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee that will not exceed 20 % of the selling price.
- Full price of the trip is charged if the trip is cancelled less than 12 hours before departure.
Children from 3 – 10 years of age who occupy a seat are entitled to 50% discount.
Children under the age of 3 travel free of charge, unless they occupy a seat.
Only passengers with valid tickets can participate on the tour. Tickets incorrectly filled in or amended will not be considered as valid.
The organisers will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings or damage caused by the change of the programme beyond the organizers control.
The organisers will not be responsible for any incorrect information given to the customer by the selling agent.
You are advised that participation in any potentially hazardous activity is completely at your own risk. Always check the details of your insurance policy before participating as some activities may not be covered.

Terms and conditions:
You may cancel your reservation for free up to 24 hours before the trip. Any cancellations received later than 5.00 pm the day prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the trip price. Cancellation on the day of the departure will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the trip.

Accident insurance is covered by Slovenia Adriatic company. All passengers are required to sign a release.
CANCELLATION
24 h before departure a fee of 15 €/per is retained. Cancellation within 24 h undergo 100% penalty.
CANCELLATION OF A TRIP (by trip organizer)
Adrenaline – Check reserves the right to change or cancel the trip without previous announcement due to weather or traffic conditions.
1. The purpose of ADRENALINE-CHECK is to provide services for individuals interested in outdoor activities, accommodation, adventure packages and adventure tours.
2. The participant acknowledges and agrees that, upon undertaking any activity, tour or adventure package with ADRENALINE-CHECK, they shall sign an Acknowledgement of Risk, wherein the participant releases ADRENALINE-CHECK from any liability whatsoever with respect to any injuries, whether the activity is dangerous, hazardous or not.
3. The participant warrants that he/she does not suffer from any medical condition and further, that the participant does any heart not suffer from condition, epilepsy or other medical condition which may result in the participant potentially placing himself/herself in a position of risk, by undertaking ADRENALINE-CHECK's activities, adventure packages or tours.
4. ADRENALINE-CHECK and its operators reserve the right to cancel an activity or tour at any time in the event of adverse weather conditions or equipment failure or other reasonable and unforeseen cause arises. An alternate date will be arranged at no charge, or money will be returned.
5. ADRENALINE-CHECK will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage incurred or suffered by the participant during the activity or in the event the activity is cancelled or postponed.
6. ADRENALINE-CHECK shall use its best endeavors to ensure the safety of the participants while participating in activities, adventure packages or tours; however, the participant agrees to accept ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL INJURIES the participant may sustain while participating in activities, adventure packages or tours, NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE ACCIDENT AND/OR INJURY.
7. ADRENALINE-CHECK does not take responsibility for intoxicated participants.
