1. GENERAL
General Terms and Conditions of Electronic Commerce determine the usage of the web service application supported by http://www.gubse.com. By using this web service application, the user agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of Electronic Commerce. Souhostel reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The user may revise the General Terms and Conditions freely at any time. Souhostel binds itself to publish all changes and corrections of General Terms and Conditions on the web site. Changes enter into force at the moment of publishing.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Souhostel provides the internet application to book accommodation. Internet access enables the user to use the application.
When using the web site and clicking “book online”, the user chooses the arrival and departure dates and type of accommodation. An offer with an informative price is shown. The user confirms the offer by typing in his/her credit card number. Thereby the booking is successfully completed. The user will receive a booking confirmation to his/her e-mail address.
3. USER'S OBLIGATIONS
By using our web service, the user is bound to submit accurate, true and complete information when necessary during the booking process. Souhostel reserves the right not to take account of the reservation if the submitted information is inaccurate, untrue or incomplete.
Online booking is enabled for credit card owners only. Users who do not own a credit card can inquire by e-mail, phone, fax or personally. General Terms and Conditions of Electronic Commerce apply here as well, unless stated otherwise.
When the reservation process is completed, the customer’s credit card is not charged, except in the cases referred to in point 6 of the General Terms and Conditions, to which the user explicitly consents.
4. PERSONAL INFORMATION
The user is obliged to submit accurate personal information (name, surname, date of birth and passport number). If the booking refers to more than one person, the user has to submit personal information of all guests who will be staying at hostel Celica. All personal and other information will be stored in the Souhostel database.
The user consents that the submitted personal information will only be used for statistical needs of Souhostel and statistical needs of youth and student organizations. All personal information will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The submitted personal information will be stored for the period of 5 years and then destroyed under commission’s supervision.
5. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The booking is confirmed upon submitting the credit card information. The user is obliged to give the exact number and date of expiry of a valid credit card. In case of inaccurate credit card information, the web application will cancel the booking. Upon a successfully completed booking, the user will automatically receive a booking confirmation to his e-mail address. The user must keep the booking confirmation and present it when checking into the Celica hostel.
6. BOOKING CANCELLATION
Souhostel reserves the right to charge a booking cancellation. If the booking cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to arrival or if the user does not check in until 7 am the morning after the booked date, the cancellation is charged at 100% of the value of the first overnight stay.
If the user booked for more than one night and does not check in until 7 am the morning after the date of arrival, the complete booking will be cancelled and an additional cancellation fee up to 25% of complete booking value will be charged. The user fully agrees that the booking costs be charged based on the credit card information. The user must check in by 8 pm or communicate a later hour of his arrival.
Booking cancellation must be sent via e-mail to the following address: recepcija@souhostel.si. Booking cancellations received 48 hours or more before arrival have no financial consequences.
7. PUBLICATION AND VALIDITY
General Terms and Conditions of Electronic Commerce are published on the Souhostel web site as well as at the Souhostel premises. In case the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Electronic commerce are in conflict with the provisions of a special contract between the application user and Souhostel, the provisions of the special contract apply.
General Terms and Conditions of Electronic commerce enter into force the day they have been published and are valid until they have been revoked, altered or amended.
